Counterpart International is seeking a talented individual with outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills to join our Program Support Unit (PSU) as Program Budget Manager. The Program Budget Manager is a member of a team of professionals working under the supervision of the PSU Director. The team is responsible for the coordination, monitoring, execution, and delivery of timely and effective services to programs.

The Associate Director (AD) - Ethics and Compliance reviews, evaluates and/or investigates compliance issues and/or concerns throughout the organization. The AD monitors systems and processes in place to promote compliance with laws, regulations, and Counterpart’s policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct. The role also conducts fraud and compliance awareness trainings and education outreach.

Counterpart International is currently seeking an Award Manager for its Grants, Contracts and Compliance (GCC) team. The GCC team provides cradle-to-grave award management and oversight of Counterpart’s portfolio of grants, cooperative Awards, contracts and subawards in order to mitigate risk and to ensure compliance with donors’ regulations and the organization’s policies. GCC plays a lead and/or support role throughout the award cycle.
