The Director of Global Talent Acquisition is a critical business partner for the RI leadership
team and key business stakeholders. You will develop and implement a talent acquisition
strategy in line with our organisational strategy. Designing and implementing a network and
sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of talent of professionals to support RI’s growing
staffing needs. Your role will be to plan and drive recruitment quality standards across the
organization. Responsible for filling Head office (known at RI as Global Support Office)
positions and senior leadership roles across the organization and globally.
To be successful in this role you will bring proven experience in leading talent acquisition in
a global fast paced, matrix organisation. You will have previously set up systems and tools to
monitor recruitment quality and deliverables, together with ensuring compliance and best
practice to Data Protection, Safeguarding and equality.
