We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to oversee the organization’s global compensation and benefits strategy. This person will assist the Chief HR Officer in planning, developing, and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures. They will also ensure that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and local government regulations for the countries Living Water works within.

Sr. Compensation Analyst

Sr. Compensation Analyst supports Jhpiego in matters related to international and non-classified staff compensation including but not limited to job classification, market pricing, pay studies, policy and Wage & Hour Laws interpretations, compensation education and training. Consults with management in job design and/or establishing career ladders. Assumes lead responsibility for and assists with compensation projects and initiatives.

Contracts and Awards Manager

Counterpart, a global nonprofit, is currently seeking a full-time Contracts and Award Manager for its Grants, Contracts and Compliance (GCC) team to provide cradle-to-grave contract/award management of Counterpart’s portfolio of contracts and subcontracts and cooperative agreements in order to mitigate risk and to ensure compliance with client’s and donors’ regulations and the organization’s policies.  This is a full time position based in Arlington, Virginia and will report to the Director GCC.

Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate, timely administration of Jhpiego payroll additions and changes in accordance with University policy. The incumbent in this role works closely with the Finance & Accounting Team, with Jhpiego Global Human Resources Office, and with Johns Hopkins University Human Resources Payroll Shared Services. The incumbent will serve as the SAP Payroll resource for Jhpiego.

Sr. Financial Analyst

Sr. Financial Analyst is part of the Global Program Finance Team working closely with Programs, Contracts, and Jhpiego’s Country offices to ensure accurate accounting and financial information is collected and analyzed to be used as data for decision making. The Sr. Financial Analyst will provide financial support to the HQ and Field finance teams in accumulating, tracking and reporting of costs posted in country QBE files.

Business Development Specialist/Proposal Manager

The proposed role is critical to growing CORE’s government revenue stream which includes pursuing competitive bids (Requests for Proposals/Agreements) among U.S. government, multilateral organizations, state, and local public entities.
