Director, Global Talent Acquisition

Evidence Action is seeking a creative, extremely organized, and self-motivated Director, Global Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team and to play an integral role within the organization. The Director, Global Talent Acquisition will lead full cycle recruitment activities and build and maintain networks that yield ongoing competitive candidate pipelines, partner with Hiring Managers to build effective recruitment strategies along with much more! In partnership with the Chief People Officer, the Director, Global Talent Acquisition will monitor critical initiatives, staffing plans, and staff interests/utilization for internal staff needs and will support in the development and implementation of Evidence Action’s Talent Management strategy.

Senior HR Generalist: Compensation and Benefits

As a key member of the Global HR team, the Senior HR Generalist: Compensation and Benefits is responsible to lead the development and implementation of Global HR Compensation and Benefits programs in alignment with Search’s HR Strategic priorities. S/he provides high standards of HR advisory service globally in Compensation and Benefits and ensures that the costs associated with compensation and benefits are in line with the Search’s objectives, culture, and philosophy.

Screening Panelist, Multiple Vacancies

The Screening Panelist evaluates essays written in English by high school applicants for competitive scholarships to international exchange programs in the United States (foreign students coming to the US) and abroad (US students travelling overseas). Panelists provide written evaluations using established criteria and a scoring rubric. Training on the evaluation process is required for both new and experienced screening panelists. Experienced screening panelists are defined as people who have previously served as American Councils screening panelists for the FLEX, YES, or NSLI-Y programs.

Program Officer (PO), OGP MDTF – Knowledge, Learning, Innovation & Capacity Building (KLIC) Team

Position Summary

OGP with the support of development partners and working together with the World Bank, established the OGP Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) to support World Bank client countries and local entities that participate in OGP, or intend to become eligible to participate in OGP. The MDTF is designed to advance OGP’s core strategic goals by supporting the co-creation or implementation of national- or local-led commitments with potentially high impact that lead to increasing government transparency, responsiveness and accountability, and strengthening citizen engagement in public policy processes. The MDTF also helps advance OGP’s thematic priorities, as well as rigorous research around the effectiveness and impact of open government reforms.
The Program Officer (PO) will be the overall project manager of the MDTF
