The Senior Program Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end quality and consistent management and implementation of donor-funded programs in close collaboration with other members of the Global Public Health (GPH) division of USP, including regional directors, as applicable. Responsibilities include provision of tools and process oversight to facilitate budget development, program planning, implementation, and reporting of USP’s donor-funded projects. (S)he will also coordinate with the GPH M&E team. (S)he implements best in class/ proven tools and templates for project management across all donor-funded programs. As the portfolio of programs grows, (s)he will serve as the focal point for training program managers in Rockville or the field and ensuring adoption of all program management systems and tools to achieve program results and meet all contractual obligations and donor expectations. Working closely with all relevant process owners for key business processes related to program delivery, s/he will facilitate enhancements to policies and procedures in support of continuous improvement of high quality, efficient, and more compliant program implementation.
