The Performance and Development (P&D) Manager is part of a team under the direction of the BHASC Deputy Program Director (DPD) for Staffing and the P&D Advisor focused on helping BHASC staff grow and succeed in their roles through performance management, staff development, and contract administration. In close coordination with BHASC Task Leads and functional team managers, the P&D Manager engages in all aspects of personnel management.
