Sr. Program Assistant, Advising and Testing

AMIDEAST is seeking a Sr. Program Assistant to support Standardized Testing and EducationUSA services for offices in the Middle East and North Africa.  The individual in this position will—

 

  • Assist in managing and delivering standardized testing programs, including liaison with staff and clients in the United States and in the MENA region
  • Provide program financial monitoring support including invoice creation and payments, sales tracking, reconciliations, through use of Accounting software and Excel
  • Support EducationUSA advising activities, including College Fair support
  • Manage Degree Verification services

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a year of full-time experience
  • Precise attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet fluctuating deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and Adobe Professional
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and to quickly learn new, complex software
  • Accurate touch keyboarding–type 40 wpm
  • Some basic knowledge of accounting and/or financial systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to work remotely from home as well as in the office

 

 

Preferred:

  • 2-3 years of full-time experience
  • Deltek CostPoint experience
  • French and/or Arabic
