For the USAID Programs Team, the M&E Specialist serves as the primary home office M&E technical lead for IIE’s portfolio of USAID programs, providing technical support and guidance for MEL activities from proposal development to program implementation.

SPARK will fund locally-led research in low and middle-income countries (LMICs), in collaboration with researchers in the U.S., to develop and disseminate solutions to local and global challenges.

The SPARK Program Director provides oversight of overall project implementation and deliverables and leads the technical and operational program team located in the U.S. and at IIE’s international offices.

This position will work with the Grants and Contracts Team. The mission of Grants & Contracts is to support IIE teams in delivering outstanding programs while making sure we are in compliance with regulations and sponsors' requirements. Grants & Contracts accomplishes this mission by providing excellent service, by building trust and communicating openly, and by empowering IIE team members in compliance.
