The SPM will report to the Director of Operations and will also supervise Project Managers. The preferred location for this role is in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

The Project Manager (PM) will support the management of all administrative, contractual, financial, and logistical aspects of the project in the region. The PM will report to the Senior Project Manager (SPM). The preferred location for this role is in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.
