Deputy Director of Programs

The Deputy Director of Programs assists the Director of Programs in two key roles: ensuring the quality management of STS projects and supervising the work of STS program managers and teams. The Deputy Director of Programs will serve as Senior Technical Manager in addition to their leadership in the programs department.

Technical Manager

The primary role of the Technical Manager (TM) is to ensure the competent managementof STS projects. The TM may also provide technical assistance to projects. The TM may berequired to travel to countries around the globe to accomplish program management tasks. Thisposition may be filled at either the Senior Technical Manager or Technical Manager leveldepending on the experience of the final selected candidate.

Finance and Operations Manager – International Division

The Finance & Operations Manager is a member of the JSI/Boston International Group (BIG). They focus on all activities related to the successful, effective and efficient management of financial resources and operational systems for JSI’s projects worldwide. Helen Keller is seeking a Senior Manager, Grants & Contracts to manage their own portfolio of awards to support project teams throughout Helen Keller’s programming areas at all stages of the grants and contracts life cycle by advising on proposal strategy, ensuring sound grant and contracts management, timely financial reporting, and oversight of sub-grant awards as well as analysis of agreements and contracts with a varied portfolio of donors including USAID, CIDA, Gates, DFID, EU, etc.

Regional Advocacy Partnerships Manager

The Regional Advocacy Partnerships Manager is a core member of AVAC’s Partnerships & Capacity Strengthening team, reports to the Director of Partnerships & Capacity Strengthening and will support key projects in Eastern and Southern Africa.

Director of Finance and Administration

The Director of Finance and Administration will manage all financial and administrative services for the CORE Group and will provide strategic business guidance to further develop CORE as a financially sound organization. The Director will provide strategic business planning, supervise/conduct all financial operations, and manage the administrative portfolio for CORE.
