The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) seeks a qualified consultant to support the review and redesign of the institution’s operational model. To prepare for future challenges, NED aims to thoroughly review and redesign its grants and program operational model and ensure alignment with its new Vision 2030 strategic plan. NED seeks business alignment, optimization of business resources, enhancement of efficiencies and effectiveness through improved business processes, and build collaboration.
