Senior Financial Analyst

The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) is a 501(c)3 grantmaking foundation that receives an annual Congressional appropriation in excess of $310 million and is governed by a private, bipartisan Board of Directors.

RFP – Travel Security Training Consultant

The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) is soliciting proposals from qualified providers that offer a variety of security trainings that combine best practice and practical application for staff members who travel internationally. The trainings should take the form of, or similar to, Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) and High Threat Security Overseas Seminar (HTSOS) programs fit to the context of NED staff and NED travel policies and procedures on an applicable basis.

Assistant Program Officer, Eastern Europe

The Assistant Program Officer (APO) will work with the regional director and senior program staff to manage the Endowment’s grant programs in the Eastern Europe region, particularly focusing on Belarus and/or Ukraine. This role entails managing projects, conducting monitoring and evaluation, and providing political analysis.

Senior Financial Analyst

The primary duties of the Senior Financial Analyst is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of recorded federal financial grant activity, to provide internal analysis on the status of multi-year awards and produce timely required reporting for the federal government and NED management. These responsibilities are carried out by analyzing detailed federal award transactions, monitoring cash drawdowns, as well as reporting to internal and external stakeholders on the results of these transactions.

Program Assistant, Fellowships Program

The Program Assistant shoulders a wide range of administrative, logistical, financial, programmatic, and other responsibilities in support of NED’s Fellowships Program, an international exchange program that hosts Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows, Visiting Fellows, Hurford Youth Fellows, and beneficiaries of the Carl Gershman Fund for Democracy Advocates at Risk.
