The Senior Director, Labor will directly manage home office and program staff and ensure technical, programmatic, and financial compliance with donor-funded programs, including timely and high-quality delivery of milestones. The Senior Director reports to the Senior Vice President, Programs.

The Program Administrative Officer is responsible for day-to-day contact with and support to administrative field staff in the MENA region and serves as their main point of contact with the team in Washington, DC headquarters (HQ).
