HR Generalist

R4D is seeking an enthusiastic, organized and self-motivated HR Generalist to work with our HR team to help administer U.S. and international employee benefits and assist across a wide range of Human Resource functions. Senior Associate, Global Talent Acquisition

The Senior Associate, Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) will serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and the HR team to anticipate and meet recruitment needs both domestically and internationally and will lead succession planning, diversity initiatives and onboarding.

The Senior Associate, GTA will act as a single point of contact for hiring managers, designing and implementing domestic and global sourcing and recruitment strategies and providing a full-life cycle recruiting process and lead onboarding for a broad range of HQ- and internationally based positions. This individual is responsible for identifying new opportunities to initiate and cultivate relationships with external parties that reflect possible sources of emerging and diverse talent, ensuring candidates receive accurate timely information and ensuring candidates have a positive experience interviewing with LWR and IMA.
