Global Human Resources Director

IWPR is seeking a Global HR Director who will be responsible for all strategic and operational activity related to personnel for the employment life cycle, including contracting of consultants. The Global HR Director will monitor morale, motivation, culture, and attitudinal development in IWPR’s offices around the world. S/he will manage a small team of human resources professionals, as well as the Security Manager, IT vendor, and building services. The Global HR Director will serve as a member of the Executive Management Team.

2016 Grants Officer, Asia

The Grants Officer works under the supervision of the Principal, Grants Administration. This position provides hands-on (cradle-to-grave) management of an assigned grant portfolio, working closely with colleagues to provide effective and collaborative due diligence and oversight of grant programs.

The mission of the Grants Administration department is to provide effective and efficient grants management, guiding grantees through the grant lifecycle to support their successful implementation of projects, in support of NED’s mission. The department strives to promote consistent implementation of policy and procedure, flexibility, responsiveness, innovation, and collaboration in the administration of NED’s grantmaking program.
