The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will oversee financial, administrative, and compliance aspects of projects of considerable cost and/or technical complexity. This position may also include management oversight of Africa and EE or MENA portfolio projects, where MSI is a subcontractor or a prime contractor. The SPM will report to the Director of Operations and will also supervise Project Managers. The preferred location for this role is in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

The Senior Grants Manager will provide contractual and grant advice to MSI staff at both headquarters in Arlington, VA and various field offices, and provide training as needed.
