Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer

Solidarity Center seeks an early-career practitioner to fill a newly created position in our expanding Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team. This individual will support and collaborate with program teams in HQ and the field on MEL) needs, under the guidance of the department’s Senior MEL Specialists.

Senior Program Officer for Asia

The Senior Program Officer is responsible for day-to-day support and counsel to assigned field offices and programs in Asia. This individual must become thoroughly conversant with all aspects of program activities and current events relevant to political, economic, social, and trade union developments in the region. This position serves as the main contact between Washington and the field for assigned countries.

General Accountant

The General Accountant is responsible for all aspects of the accounting relating to headquarters programs and assigned units. This individual will be the primary contact between accounting and the assigned units regarding accounting matters. The General Accountant will process all expense claims, and travel expense reports, and review all related payables for the assigned units to ensure that they are in accordance with USG regulations and are allowable charges within the meaning of 2 CFR 200 (f
