Award Manager – Grants, Contracts & Compliance

Counterpart International is currently seeking an Award Manager for its Grants, Contracts and Compliance (GCC) team. The GCC team provides cradle-to-grave award management and oversight of Counterpart’s portfolio of grants, cooperative Awards, contracts and subawards in order to mitigate risk and to ensure compliance with donors’ regulations and the organization’s policies. GCC plays a lead and/or support role throughout the award cycle.

General Accountant

The General Accountant is responsible for all aspects of the accounting relating to headquarters programs and assigned units. This individual will be the primary contact between accounting and the assigned units regarding accounting matters. The General Accountant will process all expense claims, and travel expense reports, and review all related payables for the assigned units to ensure that they are in accordance with USG regulations and are allowable charges within the meaning of 2 CFR 200 (f

The Director will take a holistic view of Oceana’s business and is responsible for ensuring that HR processes are created and managed in a way that supports Oceana’s global workforce.
