The Finance Director oversees a 2-person finance department and the financial management processes of the $10 million-dollar international organization. The position ensures accounting records are maintained in accordance with Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles (GAAP) and in compliance with IRS and state regulations. The Finance director maintains the integrity and accuracy of the accounting system, ensures the implementation of internal controls and provides critical analyses.

We seek a motivated, energetic, organized, and resourceful Assistant Program Officer to join the Grant Operations team and support its mandate to serve as an institutional resource for grantmaking information, coordination, planning, budget tracking, and reporting and analysis. This is a mid-senior-level position responsible for all aspects of accounting related to field office program expenses for the assigned projects and/or departments. This individual will be the primary contact for field office accountants regarding all financial matters and the Program Officers regarding project-related financial and budgetary matters.
