The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and upgrading IT systems across on-premises and cloud-hosted environments. The Systems Administrator coordinates with IT staff and IT management to implement, review, and update policies and procedures for maximum efficiency and assists with the implementation, support, and management of current and future enterprise hardware and software technologies.

The Senior Automation Developer develops and supports low-code/no-code technology solutions to improve and transform business processes across NED and administers NED's SharePoint. The incumbent works with process owners to define requirements and develop automation solutions in accordance with best practices, document solutions, monitor and support existing automation processes to include root cause analysis and apply corrective actions.
