The FLA seeks a temporary Data Associate to support data management, analysis, and reporting, including datasets on wages, factory conditions, remediation actions and progress, and accreditation of companies in the FLA’s manufacturing program. Reporting to the Senior Associate, Fair Compensation and Member Engagement, the Data Associate role is a part of the Social Compliance team.

The FLA seeks a Senior Associate (SA) to primarily support L’Oreal Projects in Brazil and Latin America and evaluate company members, farmers, and suppliers within their supply chains. Based in Brazil, this position is within the Agriculture and Supply Chain Innovation department, directly reporting to the Program Manager for South America.
