The National Endowment for Democracy is seeking proposals from qualified Independent Public Accountant (IPA) firms to provide annual auditing and tax audit services in connection with NED’s annual reporting obligations, including preparation of a Federal Single Audit in accordance with OMB Uniform Guidance, audit of the Retirement Benefit Plan and the 990 annual tax filing. Qualified IPAs are requested to submit a proposal to perform auditing and tax services for the Fiscal Year 2024.

We seek a motivated, energetic, organized, and resourceful Manager, Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management, who is a mission-oriented team player, and who would be excited to join a fast-paced IT team. This position is based in Washington, D.C.

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead NED’s institutional strategy and integrated approach to grantmaking initiatives in this fast-evolving field, and help the NED family innovate in this complex fast-changing sphere.

The Assistant Program Officer (APO) will work with the regional director and senior program staff to manage the Endowment’s grant programs in the Eastern Europe region, particularly focusing on Belarus and/or Ukraine. This role entails managing projects, conducting monitoring and evaluation, and providing political analysis.
