The Executive Assistant to the CEO (EA) position directly supports the President & CEO and will be bilingual in English and Spanish, an energetic and well-organized individual with an excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills. The EA provides support to our President & CEO and will be the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the office of the President & CEO and will serve as a liaison with the Board of Directors.

The Senior Director, Labor will directly manage home office and program staff and ensure technical, programmatic, and financial compliance with donor-funded programs, including timely and high-quality delivery of milestones. The Senior Director reports to the Senior Vice President, Programs.
