Individual Major Gifts Manager

The Individual Major Gifts Manager will provide support for the fundraising goals of a fast-paced Development department, focusing on fundraising initiatives of donors that give $1,000 or above annually. The ideal candidate will cultivate major donors through regular communication, one-on-one meetings and key cultivation events. He/She will work closely with leadership to identify new major donors to grow EGPAF’s individual major gift portfolio.

Business Development Advisor

Partners with internal teams and eternal partners to ensure implementation of the new business lifecycle, including pre-positioning, proposal development and leveraging results. Leads critical discussions with global technical leadership in developing new business opportunities and securing funding from foundations, corporations, governments, and other multi-lateral donors (e.g., UN agencies, World Bank, Global Fund). Focuses efforts on diversification of institutional donors while ensuring a growth rate that maximizes the organization’s impact. Cultivates, solicits, and stewards institutional donors. Identifies and negotiates strategic partnerships with international and local (i.e., target country) non-profit and for-profit agencies and organizations. Identifies new funding opportunities. On specific opportunities will work with Programs and Impact and other business units to advise on strategic decisions affecting program strategic directions and partnering opportunities.

Project Officer

The Project Officer plays an integral role in the design and development of new projects and programs, working with key staff to grow and develop country programs in line with Country Strategic Plans and organizational strategy. The Project Officer also supports a portfolio of projects, ensuring result areas are achieved according to contractual requirements and best practices, including the fulfillment of reporting requirements.
