New Business Development Team Leader

EAI is currently recruiting for a New Business Development Team Leader to lead EAI’s business development efforts with multiple donors, including the United States Government (USAID, Department of State, and other USG Agencies), other foreign governments, multi-lateral institutions, foundations, and the private sector. This position will focus on developing new business intelligence, new business response strategy, and submitting winning proposals, requiring strategic and tactical levels of support. Key responsibilities include being responsible for identifying leads for future funding opportunities, recommending go/no-go decisions, and overseeing sound technical and cost proposal preparation of funding applications. The New Business Development Team Leader will work both internally across the organization as well as externally with donors and partners and is the day-to-day leader on business development for the organization. This position will mentor Country Offices to strengthen their capacity in the development and execution of new business capture plans.

Director, Regulatory Compliance and Teaming Support

The Director, Regulatory Compliance and Teaming position performs a critical function as key interface on all client communications, including submitting all deliverables to clients on time, confirming receipt, and responding to client inquires within our Business Development Group. Provides strategic support in Regulatory Compliance and Subcontractor Risk Assessment and Negotiations pre-award, including teaming agreements, from early bid development activities through final negotiation and signed prime award. Also supports ACDI/VOCA strategy to assist clients in meeting their Small Business Subcontracting goals. Responsible to assemble, complete, ensure quality and submit compliant Cost Volume.

Proposal Manager

EAI seeks a highly motivated Proposal Manager to support our business development efforts. Working with the New Business Development Team Leader, the Proposal Manager will support developing proposals for USAID, the US Department of State, foreign bi-lateral governments, multi-lateral institutions, foundations and corporate entities. This position establishes and ensures adherence to all proposal policies, procedures, and timelines to develop a submission of its technical and financial proposals and ensuring they are responsive, compliant, and always ranked within the competitive range and award. The Proposal Manager is also involved in preparatory efforts for bid pursuits, including developing partnerships and clients, tracking procurement opportunities, and providing guidance and/or participating in pre-bid intelligence.

(Senior) Pricing and Costing Manager

As a key member of the Global Public Health team, the Senior Pricing and Costing Manager works with colleagues and is responsible for leading the preparation of Cost Proposals, including all proposal budgets to a variety of institutional donors as well as foundations and corporations. S/he also prepares all accompanying financial and required documentation in support of the Global Public Health’s team proposals for global, regional and country programs. S/he is an integral member of the Partnerships and Growth team responsible for new business activities. Under the guidance of the Vice President, Partnerships and Growth (P&G), s/he builds and maintains strong relationships with donor and partner staff in collaboration with Regional and Technical Directors.

Senior Vice President of Development

We seek an experienced and ambitious development leader to partner closely with the CEO on short-term and long-term organizational strategy, especially strategic direction of our successful development team. The new Senior Vice President of Development will serve as a key member of our senior leadership team, providing direction and coordination for a comprehensive fundraising program that secures new financial resources from all donor segments, including major donors. Our ideal candidate brings creativity and drive to improve donor retention and increase donor value to grow a thriving development program.

Partnerships and Growth (Senior) Manager

As a key member of the Global Public Health team, the Partnerships and Growth Manager/Senior Manager works with colleagues to position USP’s Global Public Health work to donors/funders and the private sector for business development, develops concrete capture plans and provides guidance to colleagues on the pre-positioning and capture phases for new opportunities. S/he is responsible for all aspects of new business from opportunity identification to proposal submission, in coordination with the Proposal Manager. Under the guidance of the Vice President, Partnerships and Growth (P&G), s/he builds strong relationships with donors and partners in targeted countries in collaboration with the Director for Asia and the Director for Africa, through advance intelligence gathering, stakeholder engagement and country visits. S/he also acts as the lead writer on assigned opportunities.

Associate Business Development Manager

MCDI is seeking a full‐time Associate Business Development Officer to help strengthen our Business Development department.
