Project Coordinator, DCA Cambodia USAID Advancing Rights in Cambodia (ARC)

The  ARC Project Coordinator will be responsible for overall project oversight, with a specific emphasis on the careful and professional maintenance of key project components such as log frames, budgets, workplans, and partnership tools.  This role will be responsible for timely deliverables on this project and will communicate regularly with internal DCA management and the donor with regards to project progress and developments that have a direct impact on implementation.  In addition, this role will focus on the mobilization and synergy of nine local partners.  The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Program regarding performance and deliverables as well as the Funding Coordinator with regards to liaising with USAID on output-related queries regarding reporting and progress.

The Global Conservation Program (GCP) manages programs with staff distributed across New York and in more than 60 countries across the world. WCS seeks a dynamic, well-organized, hard-working, and committed Senior Administrative Assistant to support the administration of our Global Conservation Program. The successful candidate will join a cohesive, effective team at the Bronx Zoo in New York to support GCP’s executive leadership.

Position Objectives: Provide high-level administrative and executive support for the Executive Vice President of Global Conservation (EVP) and a set of other members of the GCP Senior Management Team. Principal responsibilities will include organizing travel arrangements, coordination and scheduling of meetings, and handling administrative tasks in support of GCP, the GCP Senior Management Team and their programs.

Country Director, ICAP in Tanzania

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Director, ICAP at Columbia University, the Country Director, ICAP in Tanzania serves as the primary ICAP representative in-country and is responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of all of ICAP’s programs of research, technical assistance and training in-country. Responsible for managing all aspects of the country program, including all technical, programmatic and operational aspects, for ensuring optimal use of human, financial and physical resources and for full compliance with donor regulations and requirements and University policies. Leads the implementation and monitoring of ICAP’s portfolio of work in-country. As the representative of ICAP in-country, responsible for developing and maintaining highly collaborative working relationships with representatives from the Government, academic institutions, donors, supporters and other implementing and collaborating partners.
