Chief International Operations, Finance & Compliance Officer

The Chief International Operations, Finance & Compliance Officer is a member of the executive leadership team, reporting to the President/CEO, that provides strategic leadership and direction in the areas of country operations, international financial management, international programmatic oversight and review, international grants compliance (US Government and other donor/s), and the overall monitoring and evaluation of country offices. This position entails high-level responsibility for ensuring that Feed the Children’s international offices comply with the organization’s policies and procedures, U.S. federal grant compliance, donor requirements, local country laws and regulations, and other applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.

Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer – Open to Washington, DC or London

The Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (“CECO”) will be responsible for management and oversight of the enterprise-wide Ethics and Compliance Department and program for Mercy Corps Global, Mercy Corps Europe and Mercy Corps Netherlands, their subsidiaries and affiliate organizations (collectively “Mercy Corps”). The purpose of this role is to promote an ethical culture throughout the organization and work to prevent, detect, respond to, and/or mitigate potential violations of ethical guidelines, sexual exploitation and abuse policies, contract and grant requirements and/or law. As a member of the Executive Team, the CECO will manage and oversee the department responsible for assessing compliance efforts to meet legal and contractual obligations, and developing appropriate compliance strategies, training and initiatives necessary to minimize noncompliance and/or unethical conduct within Mercy Corps and/or those working on behalf of Mercy Corps. The CECO will be responsible for regularly reporting about the program, as well as risk findings, to the Executive Team, the Joint Audit and Risk Committee, and the Board of Directors.

Executive Director, Global Affairs

Reporting to Pathfinder’s Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Director Global Affairs will design and deliver advocacy campaigns that advance Pathfinder’s goals for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), women’s empowerment, gender equity, and women-led climate resilience. This role serves Pathfinder as an international ambassador for both the organization and the sexual and reproductive health sector. With a deep passion for Pathfinder’s mission, the Executive Director will drive for significant results in the form of increased protection, prioritization and financing, or other outcomes that tangibly benefit the people that we serve in a world of climate change. This role will leverage global leadership including the CEO to advance our mission through global affairs strategies.

The Executive Director will be a known influencer and thought leader, championing and shaping agendas surrounding global impact goals. An ability to effectively mobilize a range of stakeholders globally is required.

The Senior Director is responsible for the development and implementation of a programmatic strategy that integrates organizational goals, political developments, and civil society priorities. The Senior Director demonstrates deep commitment to the Endowment’s mission, exceptional political acumen and programmatic judgement, as well as strong leadership and management skills. The Senior Director is responsible for, either directly or through subordinate managers, supervision and development of staff, including hiring, development and discipline.
