Treasurer

RVI is looking to appoint a Treasurer, to be based in the UK, who is interested in RVI’s mission and work, is committed to good governance, and who understands and accepts the legal duties and responsibilities of being a trustee of a charitable organisation. The position of trustee is not remunerated, but reasonable expenses incurred fulfilling the duties of a trustee will be reimbursed subject to the limits set out in RVI’s expenses policy.

Accounts Payable Manager

Helen Keller is seeking a Manager to manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes in compliance with internal policies and procedures to advance the mission of Helen Keller. The Manager will supervise and/or process daily expenditures and act as the key resource for all staff regarding AP policy and procedure. This position will also be responsible for careful General Ledger analysis and, like all members of the department, will cross-train on and back-up the duties of colleagues.

Senior Project Manager, Various Regions

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will oversee financial, administrative, and compliance aspects of projects of considerable cost and/or technical complexity. This position may also include management oversight of Africa and EE or MENA portfolio projects, where MSI is a subcontractor or a prime contractor. The SPM will report to the Director of Operations and will also supervise Project Managers. The preferred location for this role is in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

Controller – $156,000 – $174,000

Looking for a mission driven financial professional to join the team at one of the longest running HIV/AIDS Non Profits in the country. Ideal candidates will have experience budgeting and allocating funds from multiple and often shifting revenue sources. In this role you would ensure the foundation is compliant with financial regulations and that all financial reporting is consistent with GAAP.

Program Finance Manager, US Programs

Working closely with the implementation teams, the Program Finance Manager is responsible for the preparation and review of state budgets and the consolidated national program budget, preparation of budget narratives, invoices and other financial reports, thorough tracking and analysis of program expenditures, management of cash-flow, and facilitating compliance with Helen Keller and donor policies through a combination of staff training and coordination with our Grants & Contracts unit.

Helen Keller is seeking a bilingual (English/French) Global Security Advisor to serve as a subject matter expert for staff across the organization and function as the primary safety and security focal point for program and country operations, including for francophone West Africa.

LMS Course Consultant

The Fair Labor Association (FLA) seeks a qualified firm or independent consultant to design and publish a course using FLA’s content and the authoring tool “Create”, which is part of the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS).  Upon acceptance of the first course, there is a potential for FLA to contract with the consultant for two additional courses.

The Contracts & Grants Manager manages all phases of work involved in the selection of acquisition and assistance awards (both contracts and grants) with the US government, other bilateral and multilateral donors such as FCDO, GAC, the UN, European Union, multilateral development banks, as well as foundations and private sector donors.

Grants and Budget Officer

The Grants and Budget Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that ICFJ’s highly regarded, global programs achieve maximum impact. Leveraging a deep and nuanced understanding of federal grant requirements and regulations, the Officer will monitor and oversee compliance with state, federal and private grant requirements, as well as internal policies, while safeguarding the integrity of our financial operations.
