Part-Time Human Resources Officer

Technical Advisor – International Disaster Relief & Recovery

Ensures the SAWSO Disaster Relief and Recovery Sector projects portfolio is managed well; this includes, but is not limited to, supporting country offices in developing strong proposals, ensuring compliance to all programmatic and financial obligations; making sure projects are implemented on time, on target and on budget, narrative and financial reports are submitted in a timely manner, and communication between SAWSO and key donors/partners is maintained.

Project Accountant

Coordinates and participates in the accounting and financial reporting required for projects, including travelling periodically to field offices to audit, train and provide technical support. Provides accounting and financial reporting assistance to SAWSO Program, Finance, and Administration staff on project and organizational business.

Global Security Advisor

Program Finance Manager, US Programs

Working closely with the implementation teams, the Program Finance Manager is responsible for the preparation and review of state budgets and the consolidated national program budget, preparation of budget narratives, invoices and other financial reports, thorough tracking and analysis of program expenditures, management of cash-flow, and facilitating compliance with Helen Keller and donor policies through a combination of staff training and coordination with our Grants & Contracts unit.
