Director of Informatics

The Informatics Director is based at ICAP headquarters in New York City and reports directly to the ICAP Director of Strategic Information (SI). S/he is responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of a strategic organizational systems supporting the collection, management, analysis, reporting, visualization and dissemination of data associated with ICAP-led international technical projects. The incumbent also manages the creation, implementation, and maintenance of ICAP-supported software applications and health information systems as well as internal systems and technical solutions to support end-users throughout ICAP’s headquarters and 24 country offices.

Senior Strategic Information Specialist

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks a Senior Strategic Information Specialist to be based in its New York headquarters office. The incumbent will provide technical assistance to enhance monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of differentiated HIV services delivery across 14 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on building sustainable public-sector systems.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (I.T.) OFFICER

The IT Officer will be the primary support person to the IT Senior Advisor. S/he will help to maintain Solidarity Center’s IT infrastructure along with a day-to-day IT desktop support for US and internationally based employees. S/he will provide direct support for Windows and Mac OS computers in an Office365/Google Suite/Kaseya environment, install and configure hardware and software, and solve technical problems. S/he will facilitate mobile device operations, on/off-boarding processes, and maintain equipment and supplies inventory. In the absence of the IT Senior Advisor, the IT Officer will assume any appropriate functions of the IT Senior Advisor and/or arrange technical support of the office and field staff by the IT vendor.

Technical Lead, ERP and Centralization Project

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidate to serve as Technical Lead, ERP and Centralization Project to be based in New York. The incumbent will lead all Technology based initiatives for the development and implementation of a new ERP solution and its dependencies for ICAP.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, other related discipline or the equivalent work and progressive technology management experience and a minimum of seven (7) years technical leadership experience in the area of enterprise software and new product development; experience with SDLC, agile development methods, and common app development tools; extensive technical project management experience with a history of bring projects in on-time and on-budget; ability to interact at all the levels of an organization – presenting ideas, promoting best practices and coaching staff as needed; and a background in programming and data modeling.

The incumbent will have demonstrated experience developing cross capability solutions with integrations across multiple systems, both new and legacy and experience managing diverse, distributed technical teams — direct reports and dotted lines; freelancers, permanent, and partner and vendor-managed staff, based domestically and abroad.

Associate, Web Developer

The Associate, Web Developer participates in the creation, maintenance, and continuous expansion of the Rainforest Alliance’s public-facing websites and other digital products. He/She will be working alongside a digital team within communications at the intersection of user experience and function to produce positive digital experiences for Rainforest Alliance’s target audiences. In this role, design and computer programming skills will be utilized daily.
