The COO partners with the CEO as part of the US Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in leading Ipas operations and furthering our vision of a networked organization that has embraced shared leadership and horizontal decision-making practices. Hiring range for US-based candidate is $240,000 to $285,000. Compensation for this position will be determined on the prevailing market rate in the employee’s country and the applicable statutory laws, in addition to Ipas’s own pay philosophy and other factors.
The Regional Director of East Africa (RD) will lead the Splash efforts both internally and externally across countries in east Africa. This includes the launch and implementation of Project WISE, Phase II, external relations with relevant stakeholders (e.g. government, implementing partners and donors), office operations, and manage the implementation of Ethiopia sustainability program.
