Recruitment Engagement Coordinator

The Campus Recruitment Coordinator will focus on the coordination and execution of DEI campus recruiting program initiatives. They will grow and sustain relationships with university representatives, student organizations and professional groups as well as coordinate events, both on site and virtually to bring IRIs story and opportunities to future talent pools.

Deputy Director, Recruitment and Talent Development

Senior Corporate Talent Specialist

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Talent and Development, the Senior Corporate Talent Specialist leads the recruiting process for several Program Services Divisions and serves as the initial interface with the internal and external community. The Senior Corporate Talent Specialist is also accountable for a variety of Recruitment responsibilities with a focus on supporting the hire of talented staff, HRIS support, and other special projects.

Benefits Coordinator

The Human Resources Benefits Coordinator is responsible for working with our Benefits Manager to support our HQ and Expatriate staff with their benefits and general benefit-related questions. This role will also be involved in helping maintain and develop our Wellness and Wellbeing initiatives through a variety of events, online programming and information sharing globally.
