TALENT MANAGEMENT BUSINESS PARTNER

The Talent Management Business Partner has responsibility for advancing CARE’s Talent Management strategy and implement core talent programs such as talent reviews, career development, succession planning and internal talent mobility. S/he will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Regional Directors, Country Directors, HR Generalists and business partners to assess global talent needs and business gaps and implement appropriate strategies, processes, and systems to advance talent management within CARE USA. In addition, s/he will assist Sr. Management in developing high potential talent in order to build a diverse future pipeline of leaders. We are looking for a talent management expert who has the ability to challenge conventional practices, think big and facilitate end-to-end talent management processes.
This role will report to Sr. Dir, HR Business Partnerships and will provide HR support of one of our key global functions in areas of organizational design performance management, onboarding, ER, and overall employee engagement.

Human Resources Generalist, Humanitarian Response

This position is responsible for providing oversight of the volunteer program and professional level support in the areas of general HR. HR Generalist will manage the volunteer needs of the organization – including volunteer recruitment, engagement, deployment, retention and recognition. This position will work closely with the HR team to assist with various HR functions.

Global Human Resources Director

IWPR is seeking a Global HR Director who will be responsible for all strategic and operational activity related to personnel for the employment life cycle, including contracting of consultants. The Global HR Director will monitor morale, motivation, culture, and attitudinal development in IWPR’s offices around the world. S/he will manage a small team of human resources professionals, as well as the Security Manager, IT vendor, and building services. HIAS seeks a Compensation Analyst to continually assess our total compensation packages by conducting a comparative analysis by region and industry while taking into account the organization’s financial performance. The analyst will build relationships with Regional Directors across the globe in providing guidance backed up with sound and robust analysis and market insight. Furthermore, s/he will recommend compensation package for employees, and the increases thereafter, by developing a compensation program, which includes tracking and reporting, job evaluation, and salary administration for HIAS’ incentive programs. An effective candidate will be meticulous, have outstanding business acumen, and have sound understanding of compensation analysis.

2014 Director, HR & Employee/Labor Relations

The Director, HR & Employee/Labor Relations exercises independent judgment in providing advice to all NED departments, especially regarding collective bargaining agreement activities; provides employee/labor relations training and mentoring of supervisors and managers; participates in complex contract negotiations, contract administration, and informal and formal grievance proceedings; conducts workplace investigations; and performs other employee/labor relations duties as assigned. This position will play a key role in risk mitigation and will partner closely with the management team to develop comprehensive, proactive plans and strategies to ensure a positive employee-employer experience.
