Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Human Resources Associate – Payroll

Solidarity Center is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Associate-Payroll, who will be responsible for all aspects of human resources relating to payroll and labor distribution. This individual is processes all employee payrolls, timesheets, and related new employee onboarding functions or transactions for the Solidarity Center. The ability to navigate Costpoint and assist others in using the system is an important part of this role.


The Recruiter will work in coordination with the IREX Human Resources team on both domestic and international recruitments. They will source, recruit, and attract a diverse pool of qualified /capable talent for the organization. The incumbent will be the primary point of contact during the on boarding phase of the newly hired employee and will serve as a trusted on-boarding advisor for managers, using a consultative approach to ensure a positive on boarding experience.

Senior Recruitment Partner

The incumbent manages recruitment at IREX and is charged with ensuring effective sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of IREX headquarters, Expat, TCN, and global staff. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, with a keen eye on diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, and proactive sourcing and pipelining for critical skills. It will also work closely with the supervisor on job classification, compensation alignment, workforce planning and strategic onboarding.

Global Human Resources Generalist

The Global HR Generalist manages and closely coordinates on key aspects of HR from a field perspective, this includes onboarding of new hires; benefits administration; performance management; professional development; and employee relations. The Global HR Generalist is the HR Generalist for IREX’s field offices. In that capacity the incumbent manages and supports in a technical capacity human resources operation and oversees the work of the local HR practitioners and provides training to them.

Global Payroll & Benefits Officer

As a highly valued member of the Global HR team, the Global Payroll and Benefits Officer will report to the Director, Human Resources and work collaboratively with colleagues across ICAP to prepare bi-weekly and monthly payroll as well as allowance payments and reimbursements as well as review monthly country office payrolls.
