Compensation Analyst

HIAS seeks a Compensation Analyst to continually assess our total compensation packages by conducting a comparative analysis by region and industry while taking into account the organization’s financial performance. The analyst will build relationships with Regional Directors across the globe in providing guidance backed up with sound and robust analysis and market insight. Furthermore, s/he will recommend compensation package for employees, and the increases thereafter, by developing a compensation program, which includes tracking and reporting, job evaluation, and salary administration for HIAS’ incentive programs. An effective candidate will be meticulous, have outstanding business acumen, and have sound understanding of compensation analysis.

Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer

The Chief HR and Administrative Officer (CHRAO) is a key member of the organization’s senior leadership team and is responsible for developing and executing a global human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of Jhpiego, in the areas of talent acquisition and management, succession planning, compliance, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.

The CHRAO also leads the establishment and implementation of global safety and security policies and procedures including managing critical incidents and the efficient and cost -effective provision of travel services.  The CHARO will partner closely with the Leadership team to chart the future growth and success of the organization. Additionally, the CHARO will work with JHU Vice President, Human Resources and her management team to ensure Jhpiego follows JHU HR policies and procedures
