International HR Manager

JSI is looking for a smart, energetic, and hard-working HR professional with a solid foundation in international HR and the implementation of international donor-funded programming to join our Boston-based international team!

Senior Associate, Global Talent Acquisition

Regional Human Resources Manager, PHIA

POSITION SUMMARY

As a highly valued member of the Global HR team, the Regional Human Resources Manager, PHIA will report to and work collaboratively with the Director, Human Resources and Country Director to support and partner with diverse, dynamic, and dedicated colleagues globally as we strive to improve the health of families and communities around the world.

In partnership with the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), ICAP will conduct Population-based HIV Impact Assessments (PHIA) in specific PEPFAR-supported countries. Each PHIA will define the status of the national HIV epidemic, guide allocation of resources based on evidence, and integrate capacity building of country stakeholders in the design, conduct, analysis, and use of PHIAs.

The Regional Human Resources Manager will provide support to HR practitioners based in country offices implementing PHIA. S/he will ensure adherence to country-specific policies and procedures as well as ICAP Standard Operating Procedures, local labor law requirements and prevailing employment practices.

This position is grant funded.
