Recruitment and Outreach Specialist

The Sustaining Technical and Analytic Resources (STAR) project is seeking a Recruitment and Outreach Specialist.

The Recruitment & Outreach Specialist will serve on the program’s Recruitment Team. The position will work closely with the STAR staff, program partners, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) personnel to implement and support STAR and USAID’s program goals of a committed and diverse global public health workforce. The Recruitment & Outreach Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of interns both domestically and internationally and the implementation of outreach activities. The position will report to the Recruitment and Outreach Manager.

The Human Resources Manager position is responsible for managing the administration and coordination of the human resources function. This includes operational HR tasks, on-boarding, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations, while complying with federal and state employment laws and internal policies and procedures.
