Latin America Ministry Team Leader

World Renew, an agency of the Christian Reformed Church in North America, is currently seeking a Team Leader for our Latin America Ministry Team. This role ensures team organization, team development, and team performance. The Team Leader holds the team and its individual members accountable for effective and healthy functioning to attain high performance (achieve its performance impacts and outcomes). The Team Leader also represents the Latin America Ministry Team (MT) to the World Renew Co-Directors and other teams, agencies and organizations.


EAI seeks a Recruiter for full life-cycle recruitment for proposals, field projects, and headquarter positions. This person will be responsible for leading the full cycle of recruitment from the development of job descriptions to the identification and screening of qualified candidates for home office and field office positions. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with demonstrated experience working and a global network in the following technical areas: peacebuilding, countering violent extremism, governance, gender equality, youth engagement, social and behavior change communications, and women’s empowerment. He/she will have experience working on bi-lateral and multi-lateral funded programs for US government agencies, including the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the U.S. Department of State, as well as with the United Nations (UN), the Department for International Development (DfID) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He/she will be able to work effectively and respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Senior International Recruiter

The Senior International Recruiter will be responsible for creating and promoting an enabling environment for the identification, attraction, hiring, and retention of qualified candidates for World Learning’s home and field office opportunities. In conjunction with the Human Resources (HR) Divisional Vice President (DVP), and internal stakeholders, the Senior International Recruiter will design, implement, and monitor recruitment processes to maintain high quality recruitment and enhance the company’s competitive advantage, including ensuring compliant recruitment procedures and tools, and training resources for staff. Additionally, the Senior International Recruiter will partner with the Business Development Unit (BDU) and Global Development and Exchange (GDE) to support World Learning’s capture and proposal processes and develop recruitment strategies.


Working in partnership with MSI’s home office hiring managers, the Recruiter is responsible for the identification, screening, interviewing and referral of candidates for employment for all full time and internship positions located in MSI’s home office. This position is based in Arlington, Va. and will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Temporary Human Resources Generalist

Reporting to the ICAP Director, Human Resources (HR), the temporary Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing day-to-day guidance to ICAP New York employees on a range of HR-related activities including full cycle recruitment, on-boarding, promotions/equity adjustmnents, professional development resources and staff retention. The incumbent will provide high-level customer service to all colleagues.
