Sr. Accountant

The Sr. Accountant is a full-time position based in Silver Spring, MD and reports to the company’s Controller. The Sr. Accountant is an integral member of the finance and accounting team in the determination of complex accounting treatments, including accounting for leases (office and vehicle), asset management, business combinations, debt, and revenue recognition. The Senior Accountant supports day-to-day accounting activities including recording journal entries and transactions; reconciling general ledger accounts; and upholding Panagora’s standards, policies, and procedures.

2044 AUDITOR, MIDDLE EAST NORTH AFRICA (MENA)

The Auditor conducts financial monitoring of NED Grantees in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) Region. This shall include conducting risk assessments and monitoring of grantee’s compliance with Federal rules and regulations and NED’s grant making policies and procedures. Additionally, the Auditor shall assist the assigned Compliance team in performing compliance monitoring for assigned Core Institute.

Financial Accountant

• General accounting functions from source document data capture through financial statement preparation for the US headquarters operations ($1.4M budget, eight- person staff.)

Senior Manager for Cost and Pricing

The Cost and Pricing Senior Manager leads and coordinates cost application/proposal preparation across Corus International in collaboration with the International Finance (IF), Strategic Partnership (SP), International Program Development (IPD), and country teams. S/he collaborates with relevant HQ and country teams to ensure an understanding of the proposal requirements and establishes competitive and defensible cost and pricing data for the development of cost proposals in accordance with relevant proposal specifications. S/he collects and analyzes financial data on existing contracts, determines unit costs, assists with budget estimation efforts, develops cost/price models based on value for money principles, and prepares ad hoc reports. S/he also coordinates with relevant teams and senior staff in developing pricing strategies and making cost decisions. S/he travels internationally up to 35% of the time.

Grants Manager

Luminate is seeking a collaborative, solutions-oriented Grants Manager to join Luminate’s Operations Team. The Grants Manager supports Luminate’s mission by proactively managing grantmaking operations, grant compliance, systems, data, and workflow. S/he works at the core of Luminate and will support day-to-day grants management processes with excellence and efficiency ensuring the system generates information that enhances Luminate’s ability to make decisions and overall impact. The Grants Manager collaborates with all departments on specific grant matters ensuring efficient and high-quality operations. As a primary lead on grant compliance, the Grants Manager ensures Luminate adheres to legal requirements and organizational policies and procedures. The Grants Manager reports to the Head of Legal, Grants & Contracts and will be based in the Washington, DC office.

Senior Director – Subgrants & Contracts

We’re looking for a Senior Director – Subgrants & Contracts to manage our growing subgrant program, comprised of ~150 subgrants/year to 50+ organizations from the Teach For All network. This is a role of growing importance at Teach For All, with the opportunity to work closely with many internal teams at Teach For All and our partners across the world towards an incredible mission. You’ll be part of a 6 person Finance team and a ~130 person global organization. We’re looking for someone can help us effectively balance the compliance and rules of international grant-making and contracts with operating in a small, fluid organization that is constantly evolving and adapting. New York City or nearby areas are preferred, but the role is flexible throughout the US. We could also consider individuals outside the US if they have significant experience with subgrants in a US-based organization.
