Senior Manager, Deworm the World Initiative

This position will manage our support to the deworming programs in Africa and complete agreed technical assistance milestones and deliverables. As a member of the global deworming team and reporting to the Director, Deworm the World Initiative, the Senior Manager also has an important role in supporting program strategy and delivery. Working closely with others on the globally dispersed team, they coordinate Evidence Action’s representation in relevant international forums and contribute to the program’s overall approaches to providing implementing governments with high quality technical assistance.

The Global Fund to End Modern Slavery (GFEMS) is an international nonprofit fund catalyzing a coherent global strategy to end human trafficking by making it economically unprofitable. With leadership from government and the private sector around the world, the Fund is escalating resources ($1.5b goal), designing public-private partnerships, funding new tools and methods for sustainable
solutions, and assessing impact to better equip our partners to scale and replicate solutions in new geographies.

PURPOSE
GFEMS seeks to engage a consultant with expertise in guiding organizations through successful Anti-racist/Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) transformation. It is anticipated that the consultant will partner with the Fund to develop a comprehensive, integrated, and strategic plan for anti-racist/DEI initiatives, enabling us to sustain a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive organization.

HR Consultant

Safety & Security Specialist

HIAS seeks a Safety & Security Specialist to support the Safety & Security department in developing and maintaining safety and security programs, plans, policies and procedures within HIAS’ global and domestic offices. The preferred candidate is passionate about HIAS’ mission and has a demonstrated interest in international development and professional/academic experience in international relations, international security, humanitarian contexts or similar. S/he works as part of a small team delivering best practices in safety and security risk management for HIAS staff, assets, and programming in the United States and internationally.

Senior Manager, Dispensers for Safe Water

The Senior Manager, Dispensers for Safe Water has key responsibilities in strategy development and execution, program management, technical thought leadership, and fundraising and partner management, and will serve as a point of contact between Evidence Action’s Dispensers for Safe Water country operations and the Evidence Action global Programs team. This position will report to the Senior Director, Programs.

This position will provide key technical contributions to the program, ensuring the evidence base for DSW interventions is strong, providing technical recommendations for program activities, and representing Evidence Action in the WASH sector.

The individual in this position will be an excellent communicator who is able to track and confidently advise senior leadership on key program deliverables, financials, and technical issues and work with communications staff to project a compelling image of the program to partners, donors, and the public. They will maintain and support a culture of excellent program management and relationship building between the Global team and DSW country teams to ensure high quality decision-making and demonstrate Evidence Action values.
